Keitu is being awarded the air emission permit application. AIC has decided to pursue a "major" air permit which requires air emission modeling - which requires us to have a plant layout and identify locations of the process unit emission points. The locations and types of units are being reshuffled and Keitu is going to do a first pass at the new layout so we can get started ASAP. A major permit will take more time for the ND DEQ to process. And we need the air permit before we can do anything more than move dirt at the site. Which means it has the potential to be the critical path / time restriction for the project.
