The Indian Incentive Program is a congressionally spo= nsored program that provides a 5 percent rebate to a prime contractor on th= e total amount subcontracted to an Indian-Owned Economic Enterprise or Indi= an Organization in accordance with DFARS Clause 252.226-7001. Through the generatio= n of subcontracts, the IIP serves as an economic multiplier for Native Amer= ican communities. Do= D prime contractors with a subcontract worth $500,000 or more that contains= the DFARS clause are eligible for incentive payments.

Economic Price Adjustment - Labor and Material (JAN 2017)

The Contractor shall furnish this notice within 60 days after the= increase or decrease, or within any additional period that the Contracting= Officer may approve in writing, but not later than the date of final payment under this contract. The notice sha= ll include the Contractor's proposal for an adjustment in the contract unit= prices to be negotiated under paragraph (b) below, and shall include, in t= he form required by the Contracting Officer, supporting data explaining the cause, effective date, and amount of = the increase or decrease and the amount of the Contractor's adjustment prop= osal.
