AIC is will= ing to pay the final demanded settlement amount of $2,750,000, payable as f= ollows:

 

  1. $1,200,000 down payment within 48 hours from fully executed settlement agre= ement.
  2. $1,550,000 payable within 5 months of payment and receipt of the $1,200,000= .
  3. Release of the thumb drive with all the deliverables.
  4. Confession of Judgment for any balance due (presumably the amount due $2,75= 0,000 less amounts paid at time of default) which can only be filed and rec= orded only upon failure to pay timely as set forth in the Settlement agreem= ent.
  5. Full release of both parties of their respective duties and obligations und= er their contract.

    They actually just rewewed their final demand, which was $2,750,000 wi= th no remedies.  I’m guessing, from our conversation, that they = would accept a reasonable payment  plan.  But, no right to cure because they claim that they are owed approximately $4.0 mil= lion so the discounted settlement amount is to settle completely.
